-Requests are typically processed within 5 business days from date submitted.

-To avoid delays, please be sure to provide accurate information when submitting your request!

-Product images are currently offered in one style (see sample image). We cannot accommodate special style or formatting requests at this time.

-We can only generate product images for candles and sizes that you currently carry. New candles must be ordered before submitting a request.
